The Mail Services and Help Desk Unit (MSH) is an important arm of the Computer Services and Information Technology (COMSIT) Directorate at the University of Ilorin. The unit is responsible for administering and managing mail server/email services, including creating and maintaining email addresses for the university community. It also handles the help desk operations, providing quick responses to information delivery and technical support issues. The unit aims to improve service delivery continuously, optimizing email usage for information dissemination and knowledge sharing while ensuring high standards of webmail and helpdesk services.
